How to return
Email us at support@rootellecare.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Conditions
Items must be returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show significant signs of misuse.

Refund processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
