We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.
Rootelle is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the specified delivery address.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all Rootelle products. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details on how to return an item and receive a refund.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item.

All content on rootellecare.com including text, images, graphics, logos and brand assets are the property of Rootelle and are protected by UK copyright law.
